"ADTLaw LLC is a Singapore-based commercial law practice founded by Dawn Tan, an experienced commercial lawyer who is tri-qualified in Singapore, England & Wales and New York State. The firm's dispute resolution practice delivers a range of services encompassing arbitration (both domestic and international), litigation, mediation, and dispute management and strategic advisory.

Based in Singapore, ADTLaw LLC has successfully conducted arbitrations under prominent institutional rules. The firm's arbitration experience spans high-value complex claims in a range of sectors including energy, insurance, and shareholder disputes, and the firm's client representation focuses on multinational corporations, market-leading public and private companies, and government-linked entities. Dawn has also been appointed sole arbitrator in ICC and SIAC arbitrations involving parties from across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

In addition to her practice, Dawn is the Co-Chairperson of the Civil Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and has published academic papers and articles on a range of subjects. Life Community is a non-profit organisation with IPC status, registered under the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) since 1996. We aim to raise $500,000 to support our five core programmes, which serve over 800 children, youth, and families from vulnerable backgrounds, including children from low-income families with incarcerated parents.
